Arkham Knight still has too many Riddles, but it has less than City, and Knight's portrayal of Riddler is the best and most expansive. Out of 4 games we only got to actually fight him once in Knight, and I would have preferred something other than a mechasuit fight. Luckily, Batman Arkham Videos is here to help.
